Project Brief: Custom WordPress Theme for NGOs

CHANCE network, an African non-profit organisation addressing climate-health challenges, needed a website that could effectively showcase their initiatives while being easily managed by their team. Our goal was to deliver a custom solution tailored to the unique needs of NGOs.

Project Scope:

Custom WordPress Theme using Gutenberg:
We built a custom WordPress theme with Gutenberg, allowing CHANCE network to update content autonomously. The block-based editor simplifies the process of adding upcoming events, resources, and webinars, offering a flexible and user-friendly platform ideal for non-profits.

Custom Post Types:
To support CHANCE network’s mission, we implemented custom post types to organise events, resources, and webinars. This feature ensures that stakeholders can easily access and interact with their content.

Responsive and Accessible Design:
The website is fully responsive, catering to all devices while ensuring accessibility standards are met. This is crucial for NGOs that engage diverse audiences and depend on inclusive communication.
