Project Brief: Custom WordPress Theme for Krav Maga Federation UK

The Krav Maga Federation UK, representing the global FEKM network, required a modern website to promote its national courses, instructor training, and club affiliations while offering an accessible platform for members and visitors. Our objective was to create a dynamic, user-friendly WordPress solution tailored to the needs of a martial arts federation.

Project Scope:

Custom WordPress Theme with Gutenberg:
As a custom WordPress developer, we built a bespoke custom WordPress theme using Gutenberg. This allows the Krav Maga Federation UK to manage their content autonomously. The block-based editor simplifies WordPress theme customisation, enabling updates for national courses, local club information, and instructor training programs effortlessly.

Interactive Club Locator:
A tailored feature was developed to include a map of affiliated clubs across the UK, helping visitors easily locate and connect with local Krav Maga training centers. This integration aligns with our expertise in crafting custom WP themes to meet unique requirements.

Custom Post Types for Events and Courses:
To organise and showcase upcoming courses and events, we implemented theme custom WordPress solutions with custom post types. This ensures information is presented clearly and efficiently, creating a user-friendly experience for visitors.

Responsive Design with Performance Optimisation:
The website was designed to be fully responsive, providing a seamless experience across all devices. We emphasised performance optimisation to ensure fast load times and enhanced usability.
