We developed a custom WordPress plugin for Beeline Spares, that adds a WhatsApp widget to the client’s site, making customer support more accessible and engaging. This plugin includes a rotating WhatsApp contact system to fairly distribute chats among agents.
Agents can be easily added and managed using a custom post type within the WordPress dashboard. The widget automatically cycles through available agents, ensuring that incoming WhatsApp conversations are evenly distributed, improving team efficiency and preventing any single agent from being overwhelmed with requests.
By customising the plugin in WordPress, this seamless WhatsApp integration enhances customer engagement and boosts real-time support for businesses.
